MATT BARNES gets heated on court!!

Matt Barnes on court altercation gets him suspended one game withOUT pay (costing him approx. $16,000) While in the 4th quarter with just 9mins left on the clock Barnes gets physical- pushing Jerry Terry of the Dallas Mavericks after he uneasily shoved his fellow Laker team mate Steve Blake to the floor.. Steve Blake took the hard fall but apparently Matt Barnes was the one to seek revenge.. Im not one to condone any type of violence but as a laker fan myself i gotta say- "WAY TO STICK UP FOR YA TEAM, BARNES!." =)

Calling him THE "IT" MAN!!!!!!

Enitan Bereola- he is "IT"!!! the image, the mind, and the etiquette. Young mogul, and best selling author is being called the "contemporary gentleman"...

Enitan stirred up lots of anticipation after the announcment of the release of his book in 2006 which later debuted in 2009.... the book titled "The contemporary gentleman & Etiquette book for the urban sophisticate" is what i like to call, "the re-birth of chilvalry"

after all the rants about "chilvalry being dead." Entitan is bringing that old thing back.. in a modern, suave, and smooth kind of way!! While Challenging men to channel and turn up that inner thing ... -that inner MANLY thing - its the build up of the etiquette & sophistication combo... with a side of confidence and mildly sprinkled "sexy" ..the word "SWAG" just doesnt do it justice :-P

With a drive and blueprint to success that is "centered on faith" he says, "Faith keeps me strong and focused, God is who truly gives me direction." Showing the world not only is he charming, and with a golden mind- but he is a man of FAITH too!! (... Like rap group salt & peppa once said "what a man- what a man- what a MIGHTY good man") LoL!!.

Reminding us chivalry is NOT dead (maybe sleeping) but it HAS been awakened. NOW THATS- what i call bringing "sexy back" (Sorry Timberlake.) i recommend this as the book EVERY MAN should read.
